What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?
Is your flight delayed, we will be anyway waiting for you upon your arrival. We are in charge of monitoring your flight for any delay, so you will always have a transport at your disposal.
Where will I meet the driver or airport staff?
A member of the staff will be waiting for you at the arrival point, opposite the exit gate, holding a sign with MENORCA TRANSFERS or NORBUS on it.
Can I change the details once the booking is made?
You can change or modify the booking 24 hours before your arrival. You only have to send us an e-mail with the modifications.

You should indicate your departure flight and we will recommend automatically the time you should be ready as we have to be at the airport 90 minutes before.
